Return & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or believe the product is faulty, you can submit a return request on the same day you receive your order. Requests made after this day may not be accepted unless required by law.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@mwnvitamins.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if possible)

Once we receive your request, we will confirm the return instructions. You must send the product back to us within 7 calendar days from the date we approve your return.

3. Condition of Returned Products
All returned products must be:

  • In their original packaging

  • Unopened and unused, except for testing purposes as noted below

  • In the same condition as received

We may open the product to verify contents. For quality control and verification purposes, up to two (2) gummies may be removed from a returned container for laboratory testing. This ensures the product matches the quality and safety standards of MWN Vitamins.

4. Inspection & Approval
When we receive your return, we will inspect the product to confirm it meets our return conditions.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • If the product is not eligible for a refund (e.g., excessive use, damage, missing packaging), we will notify you and arrange for the product to be returned to you at your expense.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

7. Responsibility for Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately on the day of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
