1. Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 15:00 (UK time) are usually processed and dispatched the same working day. In many cases, orders placed early in the day are delivered the next day, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Cost: £0 for orders over £50, otherwise £4.95 flat rate

  • Express options available at checkout

Europe (EU & EEA countries)

  • Delivery time: 3–4 working days after dispatch

  • Cost: €6.95 flat rate

  • Free delivery for orders over €75

United States

  • Delivery time: 5–7 working days after dispatch

  • Cost: €9.00 flat rate

  • Tracking included

Rest of World (Australia, Canada, Asia, Middle East, etc.)

  • Delivery time: 7–14 working days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs clearance)

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. MWN Vitamins is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

5. Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other external factors. During busy periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team at info@mwnvitamins.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
